The Carter County Democratic Women will meet Tuesday, Jan. 28, to begin celebrating “2020 — The Year of Women,” with programs throughout the year recognizing the achievements of women both past and present.

If you are interested please meet at 5 p.m. at Dino’s in downtown Elizabethton for those wishing to eat. A short business meeting will begin around 5:45 p.m. followed by a guest speaker addressing the “New” League of Women Voters.
