CONTRIBUTED — The City of Elizabethton will be working on a water line on East Elk Avenue. East Elk Avenue will be closed from Armed Forces Drive to Sycamore Street. Work will begin Tuesday, Jan. 28, at 6 p.m. and continue through the night until the water fire line tap is complete. Thank you for your cooperation and patience in this matter.
