NASHVILLE (AP) —  Police in Tennessee said officers were looking to question a man whose wife was found dead inside the couple’s home.

Metro Nashville police were searching Sunday for Ronald Dickens, 42, the department said in a news release.

Family members found Shawnton Clay, 30, dead inside an apartment in the Hermitage community on Saturday afternoon. The release states there was obvious trauma to her body. Her cause of death hasn’t yet been determined.

The couple got married in 2018, police said in the release. Clay’s family members believe the pair were in the process of a divorce or annulment.

Dickens may be driving a black Toyota Camry that belonged to Clay, police said. He was not present when she was found and her car keys and vehicle were missing, according to the release. Anyone with information on his location was asked to contact police.
