Shelby Jean Carrier Williams, 81, of Lebanon, Tenn., formerly of Elizabethton, Tenn., went home to be with the Lord on Monday, February 3, 2020, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center surrounded by her family.
Arrangements are currently incomplete and will be announced at a later time.
Tetrick Funeral Home of Elizabethton is serving the Williams family.
