Fellowship of Tenn. Evangelists will host revival, Bible conference

Oak Grove Baptist Church and other area churches will be hosting the Fellowship of Tennessee Baptist Evangelists’ Bible Conference and Revival Friday, March 6, through Monday, March 9. Brother Charles “Toonie” Cash is currently serving as the President of the Fellowship of TN Baptist Evangelists.
Oak Grove will host the opening service of the conference Friday at 6:30 p.m. with Evangelist Harold Hunter from Etowah, Tenn., bringing the message. Music will be provided by the Sullivan Baptist Choir and by soloist Carolyn Reed.
Oak Grove will also host the service on Saturday from 10 a.m. to noon with special music and a fellowship evangelist. Sunday morning, March 8, Evangelist John Rushing will deliver the sermon at the 11 a.m. worship hour at Oak Grove. Other Tennessee evangelists are scheduled to bring the message in a dozen other area churches.
Bible Conference services are planned at other churches for Saturday and Sunday evenings. Saturday at 6:30 p.m., Evangelist Phil Hoskins will preach at Boones Creek Baptist Church, 304 S. Pickens Bridge Road, Johnson City. Special music will be provided by The Dugger Family and by soloist Carolyn Reed. Sunday at 6:30 p.m., University Parkway Baptist, 219 University Parkway, Johnson City, will host a combined service with all churches involved in the conference.
The closing service of the conference will be held at Boones Creek Baptist Church at 10 a.m. Monday, March 9. The service will feature more special music and preaching by Tennessee evangelists.
