Robert Clark Skidmore Sr., 88, Elizabethton, passed away peacefully at Sycamore Shoals Hospital on Sunday, March 1, 2020.
Robert had lived in Elizabethton for the past 17 years. He was an avid sports fan.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Sherry L. Skidmore, September 25, 2016.
