March is Extension Awareness Month. Washington County Extension Office will be doing a sock drive to benefit local veterans. The sock drive will run from March 1-31; donations will be taken to local veterans on March 31.

Donations must be brought in to the Extension Office at 206 W. Main Street in Jonesborough. Sock donations should be of new clean socks. People donating socks will be placed into a drawing for an extension goodie basket!
