Patsy Marie Fenner, age 72, of Johnson City, Tennessee, passed away on Tuesday, March 17, 2020, at her residence. She was born in Elizabethton, Tennessee, the daughter of the late Eugene Markham and Marie Matherly Markham.

Patsy was a CNA with Hillview Health and Rehab in Elizabethton. She was a member of Grace Freewill Baptist Church, but attended University Parkway Baptist Church. She was a member of the Johnson City Senior Citizens Center.

She is survived by her daughter, Lisa Simpson; two sons; one granddaughter, Heather Garland; and two great-grandchildren, Brayden and Olivia Garland.

Committal Service and Interment will be held Friday, March 20, 2020, at 11:00 a.m. at Scalf Cemetery on Maple Tree Lane in Watauga, TN. with Chaplain Gary Knapp officiating.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to Monica, all caregivers through the years, and the staff of Avalon Hospice for all their love and care that was shown.
