The family of Billy Joe Cates acknowledges the National Heath Emergency and wishes to notify family and friends of a change of date for the Celebration of Life Service for Mr. Cates.
The new date scheduled will be August 16 at 4 p.m. held at Roan Mountain United Methodist Church.
