Frank Lee Oliver Sr.

Frank Lee Oliver Sr., 78, of Elizabethton, Tenn., went to be with his Lord and Savior on Tuesday, March 31, 2020, at his residence with his family by his side.
A native of Butler, Tenn., he was the son of Cecil Oliver and Dorothy Pierce Oliver.
Frank was a 1959 graduate of Hampton High School. He married his high school sweetheart, Wilma June Hill, and they made their residence in Maryland.
Frank was the owner-operator of Small’s Used Cars and F-L-O Motor Company in Washington, D.C. After 50 years in business, Frank retired and returned to Tennessee.
Frank was a member of the Pierce Town Baptist Church, the American Legion, and The Loyal Order of Moose. He enjoyed fishing, reading, crossword puzzles, Bluegrass and Gospel music. He was generous and giving to a fault. More than anything, Frank loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Michael P. Oliver, Ron Oliver, Bill Dugger and Tony Pierce, and his sister, Mary Kate Arnold.
Frank leaves behind to cherish his memory, his loving wife of 60 years, Wilma June Oliver; daughter, Montie Oliver Lowe; son, Frank Oliver Jr. (Allison); grandchildren, Zackery Lowe (April), Cody Lowe (Erin), Taylor, Jacob and Peyton Oliver; great-grandchildren, Harlee, Tysen, Decklan and Brooklyn Lowe; sister, Betty Oliver Pritchard (Don); sister and brother-in-law, Barbara (Hill) and Jim Kimbrell; brother-in-law, Charles Pearson; sister-in-law, Ann Pierce; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and great friends.
The family would like to thank hospice nurses from Amedisys for their care.
