In a ditch… Driver walks away shaken but unharmed

A Tuesday afternoon drive for a Carter County resident ended up in a ditch…literally.
The driver of a black Ford Festiva managed to walk away unharmed after for unknown reasons the car left the right side of the road and crossed over into a ditch on the left side of Powder Branch Road in the 1800 block.
Thankfully, the only harm that came was to the car that suffered front end damage on the driver’s side of the vehicle.
Elite Towing arrived on the scene to pull the car from the ditch and clear the roadway of any debris.
