Trimming the grass… Mowing season going full throttle with Easter around the corner

- Star Photo/Ivan Sanders With the arrival of Spring comes the mowing season as local home owners and businesses are sprucing up their lawns especially as Easter nears. This gentleman is taking care of the lawn at the Marshall T. Nave Center on Jason Witten Way.
It doesn’t matter where you go in Carter County, one sight that you will encounter around every corner and on every hill and valley are people out trimming their lawn as mowing season is here for another year.
After a good mowing, homeowners are trimming the weeds and throwing bags of mulch in their flower beds as they prepare for another spring and summer season.
Easter may find nicely manicured lawns this year but one thing that will be missing is yards full of young children running and laughing while finding hidden Easter eggs that were strategically placed over the freshly cut lawn.
