Fellowship Community
Fellowship Community Church in Watauga will have a special Easter Drive-In Celebration at 11 a.m. Sunday at the church.
Everyone is requested to stay in their vehicle to abide by Gov. Lee’s order.
Everyone is welcome to attend the service.
The pastor, Ken Hauser, said the church will continue having drive-in services each week until the Governor’s order is lifted.

Watauga Valley
The Golden Group at Watauga Valley Free Will Baptist Church has cancelled its meetings through May.

First Christian
First Christian Church, Elizabethton, will have an “In the Car Scavenger Easter Egg Hunt” Sunday.
Information about the Easter Egg Hunt will be distributed at the drive-through service at First Chrisian from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Sunday or you can check out the church’s Facebook page.
Load up the car with your family and proceed to the route provided in the information, and then, find the eggs. Each egg will have a letter or number on it that will help you discover the meaning of Easter.
A spokesman for the church said, “This is our means of providing a way for you to celebrate Easter with your family, but more importantly a way for you to remember the meaning of Easter during this time when we can meet and worship together.”
Roan Street Free Will
Roan Street Free Will Baptist Church has cancelled its services until further notice due to the coronavirus.
If a need arises, you can contact one of the men on the church board at anytime.
Until then, stay safe.
First Free Will
Services at First Free Will Baptist Church have been cancelled through the end of April due to the coronavirus.
The services are streamed live each Sunday at 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. and Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. on the church’s Facebook page or on YouTube.
The Rev. Nathan Jennings is pastor.
Calvary Baptist
Calvary Baptist Church during the coronavirus outbreak will worship together at the State Line Drive-In Theater, 2306 State Line Road, on Sundays at 11 a.m. Worshipers are asked to stay inside their car.
No restroom facilities are available.
Also, services can be viewed only by visiting the church’s Facebook page.
Lighthouse for Jesus
The Lighthouse for Jesus Church, located at 2680 Highway 19-E, will have a drive-through prayer line Easter Sunday, beginning at 10:30 a.m.
“Everyone is invited to drive through and give us their prayer request. No one has to get out of their car. We will pray for any need that anyone has,” said Bill Younce, pastor.
The pastor also invites other pastors, whose churches are not having services Sunday, to come and join in prayer for those who have requests.
First Presbyterian
The Rev. Brian Wyatt will preach a sermon titled “Everyday Easter” Sunday online for parishioners at First Presbyterian Church, Elizabethton. The sermon text is Mark 12: 18-27 and I Cor. 15:20.

Youth and Adult Forums, Wednesday Meditation and Thursdays with Jesus will all meet online this week.
All in-person events are currently cancelled.
