PAL, a new support group for adults with loved ones battling addiction to drugs/alcohol, will meet at 11 a.m. at the Carter County Drug Prevention Coalition, 546 East Elk Ave., Elizabethton. The weekly meetings offer education, support, HOPE, and the knowledge that you are not alone. Roan Mountain Lodge #566 F.&A.M. will meet in Stated Communication at 305 Conway Street at 7 p.m. All members in good standing are encouraged to attend and visiting brethren are always welcome. Social distancing guidelines as set by state and local authorities will be followed.
TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) will meet at First Baptist Church, 212 East F St., Elizabethton. Weigh-in begins at 5:30-6:30 p.m. with the meeting starting at 6:45 p.m. Everyone is welcome to attend these meetings.
