Arraignments were the only scheduled hearings in Carter County General Sessions Court during the month of April.
APRIL 8
Michael Seth Fleenor, possession of prohibited weapon, $25 fine and court costs.
Robert James Holmes, manufacture, delivery, sale or possession of methamphetamine, $750 fine and court costs, 30 days in jail.
Kaycie Leann Hunter, 30 days for violation of probation.
Kevin Timothy Riopel, domestic assault, $25 fine and court costs.
APRIL 13
Titus Jennings, bound over to grand jury on charges of violation of sexual offender registry.
Shane Todd Taylor, bound over to grand jury on two counts of criminal simulation.
APRIL 15
Patrick Dalton Greene, bound over to grand jury on charges of possession of methamphetamine, resisting arrest, evading arrest, and unlawful carrying/possession of a weapon.
Andy Paul Miller, 120 days for violation of probation and 10 days for failure to appear.
Joshua Carriger Oliver, simple possession of Schedule III drugs, $750 fine and court costs, 15 days in jail; simple possession of Schedule VI drugs, $250 fine and court costs.
George Darwin Shoun, criminal trespassing, $25 fine and court costs, falsifying evidence of title, $10 fine and court costs; public intoxication, $10 fine and court costs.
Mark Allen Spears, bound over to grand jury on charges of unlawful carrying and possession of a weapon, possession of firearm during commission of felony, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of methamphetamine.
APRIL 17
Johnny Ray Berry, 20 days for violation of probation; possession of drug paraphernalia, $150 fine and court costs.
Justin Michael Murabitio, 10 days for violation of probation.
APRIL 20
Wendell Edward Baize, bound over to grand jury on charges of burglary, possession of burglary tools, and resisting arrest.
Joshua L. Curtis, simple assault, $25 fine and court costs.
Joseph Brent Wilson, 14 days for violation of probation; bound over to grand jury on charges of evading arrest (four counts), reckless driving (two counts), operating a handheld device while driving, aggravated assault, two counts of violation of traffic control device, simple assault, simple possession and casual exchange (two counts), possession of drug paraphernalia, and manufacture, delivery, sale or possession of methamphetamine.
Zachary James Philhower, bound over to grand jury on two counts of identity theft.
Joseph Carriger Oliver, 14 days for violation of probation.

Jason Thomas Danner, possession of a legend drug, $10 fine and court costs; simple possession and casual exchange of Schedule VI drugs, $250 fine and court costs.
Jonathan Paul Berical, domestic assault, $50 fine and court costs; fame imprisonment, $50 fine and court costs.
Jimmy Eugene Lane, aggravated criminal trespassing, $25 fine and court costs.
Charles E. Richardson, bound over to grand jury on charges of driving under the influence (fourth count), criminal impersonation, driving on revoked license (two counts), aggravated vehicular homicide, felony possession of methamphetamine, aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, evading arrest, driving on revoked license, reckless driving, and violation of traffic control device.

Domonick Joel Perez, 109 days for second violation of probation.
Matthew Issac Walter, bound over to grand jury on charges of criminal impersonation, evading arrest, no/expired driver’s license, stop sign violation, and speeding.
Mark Anthony Young, domestic assault, $50 fine and court costs.
APRIL 29
William Andrew Dugger, five days for failure to appear on a charge of driving on revoked license.
Dustin C. Miller, failure to comply with financial responsibility law, $25 fine and court costs; driving on revoked license, $50 fine and court costs.
Gina D. Reynolds, bound over to grand jury on 12 charges of theft of property under $1,000; nine counts of forgery/counterfeiting; and two forgery charges.
Suzanne Rachelle Carter, resisting arrest, $25 fine and court costs; simple assault (two counts), $25 fine and court costs on each count, one day in jail.
