Thus far, only arraignments have been scheduled for the month of May in Carter County General Sessions Court.
MAY  1
Matthew Aaron Bentley, bound over to grand jury on charges of possession of Schedule I drugs, simple possession and casual exchange of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine; 90 days for violation of probation, and 10 days for failure to appear on a charge of possession of Schedule VI drugs.
Carrie Brooke Guy, bound over to grand jury on charges of theft of over $1,000, arson, and possession of stolen property.
Travis Lynn Brown, 30 days for violation of probation.
MAY 4
Brandon Lee Blackwell, bound over to grand jury on charges of aggravated assault, aggravated kidnapping, robbery involving a firearm, and maintaining a dwelling involving drugs.
Darren Paul Harris, bound over to grand jury on charges of simple assault, resisting arrest, removal or registration, possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor reckless endangerment with a motor vehicle, evading arrest while operating a motor vehicle, and driving on revoked license.
Cody Joshua Madden, bound over to grand jury on charges of aggravated assault, aggravated kidnapping, and aggravated robbery.
Timothy Jordal Arnold, 20 days for violation of probation; domestic assault, $25 fine and court costs, two days in jail.
MAY 6
Matthew Alvarad-Smith, 5 days for failure to appear on a charge of underage consumption; 30 days for violation of probation.
Daniel Lee Grindstaff, domestic assault, $50 fine and court costs.
Brian Heatherly, 109 days for violation of probation, second offense.
Brittany Danielle Lowe, bound over to grand jury on a charge of theft of property over $10,000.
Carrie Jo Stephens, possession of drug paraphernalia, $150 fine and court costs.
MAY 8
Ridge Wayne Conley, 10 days for violation of probation.
Justin Lewis Garland, violation of order of protection, $50 fine and court costs, 30 days in jail.
Christian D’Angelo Miller, 20 days for violation of probation after being charged with domestic assault.
