Assistance and Resources Ministry, Inc., located at 714 West C St., Elizabethton, is currently operating Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., closing for lunch from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. The drive-by food pantry is available to qualifying Carter County families once each month. Because the client numbers have been down by one-third since the beginning of the pandemic, ARM is concerned about the food status of its clients.
