Freddie Lee Charlton, 58, Johnson City, passed away Tuesday, May 19, 2020, at Johnson City Medical Center following an extended illness.
A native of Carter County, he was a son of the late Luther Forrest and Edna Ruth Nickles Charlton.
Freddie was a retired tree trimmer and was of the Christian faith. He loved to camp, fish and hunt.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a nephew, Vince Little.
Survivors include his wife, Misty Charlton; four children, Holly Grindstaff, Caitlyn Charlton, Jamie Parlier and Cody Charlton; two step-children, Jayden and Tristan Wilson; two grandchildren, Ethan Holtsclaw and Kayden Parlier; his sister, Tonda (Mark) Little; a brother, Jimmy Charlton; and his special friends, Howard Puckett, Jeff Estep and David Curtis.
It was his wish to be cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date. Condolences may be sent to the family at our website at www.memorialfcelizabethton.com.
