A day to give back… Hungry Wolf raises money for local volunteer fire departments

Sunday was a special day for the owners and employees of The Hungry Wolf as the popular local eatery sponsored a barbecue lunch with 100 percent of the proceeds going to local volunteer fire departments.
Several fire trucks were present at the event and everyone that participated in the meal were treated to a fantastic barbecue platter in support of the fire departments.
Elizabethton Star photographer Brandon Hyde was able to capture some of the activities just before heavy thunderstorms rumbled through the area.
