The Carter County Health Department modifies free COVID-19 testing hours effective Wednesday, June 24.
The Carter County Health Department is located at:
403 East G Street, Elizabethton, TN
Testing is Monday-Friday between 9 a.m.-12 p.m.
Please call Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m., for further information. Phone: (423) 543-2521.
The Health Department will conduct nasal swab collection for testing for COVID-19. Test results may be available within 72 hours, depending on the volume of tests that the testing lab receives.
