Elizabethton Police requesting help in identification of suspect and location of stolen truck

The Elizabethton Police Department is attempting to identify the person in the photo and attempting to locate the 1979 Ford F100 Pickup that was stolen last week from a fenced in area at T.A. Dugger Junior High School. The theft was captured on camera and occurred in the early morning hours of July 15. A recent daytime photo of the stolen truck is also attached. The truck was originally green two tone, however the truck had been painted white in May when it was previously stolen from the school grounds and then recovered by the Johnson City PD. The truck was recovered without the keys and it is believed the suspect had the keys when returning to steal the truck. The truck belongs to Elizabethton City Schools and displayed Tennessee Government Service tag # GH6187.
