One doesn’t have to look far to see just why Carter County is a special place to call home.
Just like in any other location, there are a few snafus from time to time, but overall this area is a special place.
What makes it special — the people that are willing to lend a helping hand whether in assisting others with ordinary problems to helping in a time of dire circumstances.
