Faye Dugger, 74, passed away on Friday, August 7, 2020, at Mountain City Care Center. Faye was born in Carter County, Tenn., on November 9, 1945 to the late Jacob and Eva Oliver. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Debbie Dugger, in 2005.
Although small in stature, Faye had a huge heart that was made of gold. To her there was nothing like the sound of laughter, and she always loved a good joke. Everyone that knew Faye could tell she was a very happy and friendly woman. She also had a special love for animals, especially her cats.
Those left to cherish her memories include her husband, Harold Dugger; daughter, Donna Jones and husband Ben; son, Harold Dugger Jr.; and several sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews and cousins.
It was Faye’s desire to be cremated with no formal services held. Condolences may be sent to the family online at www.mountaincityfh.com .
