To the Editor:
I disagree with the writer from Ohio who suggested voting by mail only rather than at the polls. There will be more fraud in mail-in voting.
I read that a judge ordered a new election in Patterson, N.J., after mail-in voting caused the last election for City Council to be riddled with fraud. The government could have all the names of mail-in voters listed in the newspaper so the public could help the election commission to ensure the voters are alive and not in prison. I believe the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) can move the mail fast enough because they handle 471 million pieces of mail on the average every day. There are only 158 million registered voters. Thankfully, Tennessee requires most voters to vote in person.
The bad news is that many predict we will not know who won the presidential election until weeks after the election because of record voting by mail because of COVID-19. If there is no winner the U.S. Constitution says the U.S. House of Representatives picks the president. That would allow the Democrats to pick the president. Many fear that China or the globalists who hate Trump will send in counterfeit mail-in ballots. I voted in person during early voting in July during the primary and believe it was completely safe and the best way to vote. It was safer and quicker than running in Walmart to get something.
I encourage people to vote in person during early voting. Early voting will begin October 14, 2020 and go until October 29, 2020. By voting in person you will know your vote counts and it will be anonymous.
Many believe an election crisis is likely. The election results in November could cause a Civil War or the U.N. may take over. There are thousands of paid protesters in America who look for a reason to riot and protest. Everyone should have extra food in their homes before the November election because the power grid could be shut down according to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The DHS believes an electromagnetic pulse (EMP) could shut down all electric power for months. Pray that there will be an election and that God’s will will be done. We should pray for the best, but prepare for the worst!
Polls aren’t correct. Trump always does better than the polls. About 10 percent of Trump voters are secret Trump voters. Sadly the majority of Christians don’t vote. God has blessed America where the people can select those to represent and govern them. To not vote is to ignore this blessing. Elie Wiesel, a Holocaust survivor, said you must always take sides. Neutrality helps the oppressor, never the victim. Silence encourages the tormentor, never the tormented. People must participate and vote for the sake of our nation! Will American Jews and Christians elect their own oppressor in November?
