Local Chamber of Commerce host Boss Lady – Leadercast Leadership Conference

The Elizabethton/Carter County Chamber of Commerce played host to the Boss Lady – Leadercast Leadership Conference on Friday, October 2, at the Elizabethton Tennessee Center for Applied Technology.
David LeVeau, chairman of the ECCCC Board of Directors, welcomed the group, who then heard from five speakers including virtual presentations from American journalist and writer Laura Ling, and Miss USA 2016 and a Captain in the U.S. Army Reserve, Deshauna Barber.
There were also live presentations from local speakers Detra Cleven, Market President for Bank of Tennessee, Tracie Mosley Young, owner of two local downtown businesses, Building 520 and Five One Eight, and Chasity Thompson, of Project Move and Evenings on Elk.
Chamber Executive Director Joy McCray offered closing remarks.
Frankie Bailey and Kathy Campbell served as emcees for the program.
