Senior Center Schedule

Schedule of activities at the Elizabethton Senior Citizens Center for the week of November 2-6:
We’re Open! Please read guidelines carefully:
Everyone entering the building will have a temperature check and must wear a mask, which will be provided if you don’t have one. Members only are allowed to come in and no guests or children may come in. The total number allowed in the building will be limited. Social distancing will be required. 
Billiard room: Only 4 allowed at a time for 2 hours. You must call ahead to schedule a time and to avoid waiting. The room will be sanitized after each use.
Yoga classes: Social distancing will be required. Bring your own mats, towels, etc. Hand sanitizer and masks will be provided if needed.
Fitness room: Only 2 allowed at a time for 1 hour. You must call ahead to schedule a time and to avoid waiting. The room will be sanitized after each use.
Monday: Just Keep Movin’ — Cardio, Toning, Strength Building, 9-10 a.m.; Chair Yoga, 12:15-1:15 p.m. with Instructor Carrie Maggard, $3;   Gentle-flow Yoga, 1:30-2:30 p.m. with Instructor Carrie Maggard, $3.
Tuesday: Shopping at Wal-Mart with NET Trans. Call for reservation.
Wednesday: Just Keep Movin’ — Cardio, Toning, Strength Building, 9-10 a.m.; Chair Yoga, 12:15-1:15 p.m. with Instructor Carrie Maggard, $3; Gentle-flow Yoga, 1:30-2:30 p.m. with Instructor Carrie Maggard, $3.
Thursday and Friday: CLOSED.
Congregate meals will be available for curbside pick-up every day. Must call to order.
