The City of Elizabethton offices will be closed Wednesday, Nov. 11, for the observance of Veterans Day.
Because of the closure, the garbage collection schedule for the week has been altered. Monday and Tuesday collections will be on schedule. Wednesday and Thursday will be one day late with Thursday and Friday collections being on Friday.
Offices will re-open Thursday.
