2020 BLUE CROSS BOWL CLASS 4A STATE CHAMPIONSHIP… Cyclones, Tomcats set to meet for a state title

For the second time in as many years, the Elizabethton Cyclones will be traveling to Cookeville on Saturday for an 11 am CST, 12 noon EST kickoff against the Haywood Tomcats for an opportunity to defend their 2019 state championship.

Here is a breakdown of the game including overall records as well as information fans need to be aware of in regard to COVID policies and procedures for the contest.

Ticketing
Tickets are $12 for school-age children and older and are good for one game only. All tickets must be purchased in advance at https://gofan.co/tssaa. The stadium will be cleared following each game. Gates will open 1.5 hours prior to each game.

Parking
Parking is $10 per vehicle (cash only). Signage and volunteers will direct drivers to numerous lots reserved for spectators.

COVID-19 Procedures
Temperature check required for entry. No one whose temperature measures above 100.4°F will be permitted to enter. Temperature checks begin 1.5 hours before the first game. Look for RED flags at ticket booths and temperature tents.

MASKS ARE REQUIRED on TTU campus. Social distancing is encouraged throughout all games.

All spectators must wear facial coverings if within 6 feet of others and if using a projected voice within 15 feet of others at all times while on-site (except children under age 2) and maintain social distancing (six feet, or the equivalent of two empty seats between themselves and other fans) from anyone other than those living in the same household.

Finally, if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms during the preceding 7 days, please do not attend: Fever; Cough; Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing; Shaking chills; Chest pain, pressure, or tightness with exercise; Fatigue or difficulty with exercise; Racing heart rate; Unusual dizziness; Loss of taste or smell; Sore throat; Nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea; Unusual rash or painful discoloration of fingers or toes

Stadium Policies
Weapons, coolers, whistles, air canisters, pop-up tents, and personal heaters using propane or other explosives are prohibited in Tucker Stadium. Tennessee Tech is a tobacco-free campus. Smoking is prohibited unless in a personal vehicle.

Artificial noisemakers that Tucker Stadium security personnel deem a public safety risk, public nuisance, and/or otherwise negatively impact the game or the spectator experience are prohibited inside Tucker Stadium and on the Tennessee Tech campus.

Drones are not permitted to be flown anywhere in the vicinity of the stadium.

Handicap Accessibility
Primary handicap parking is on the Northwest side of Tucker Stadium and patrons should enter this parking area from 12th Street.

Wheelchair-bound patrons sitting on the West side of Tucker Stadium (home side) should enter through Gate 2 and the wheelchair ramp is on the North side of West Stadium with seating along the front rail of the stadium.

Wheelchair-bound patrons sitting on the East side of Tucker Stadium (visitors side) should enter through Gate 4 and the wheelchair ramp is on the South side of East Stadium with seating along the front rail of the stadium.
