 Our Beloved wife, Momma and Mamaw: Brenda Joyce Blevins Vines, 79, Elizabethton went to be with our Heavenly Father on Tuesday, April 13, 2021, with her family by her side at Sycamore Shoals Hospital.  She was born November 25, 1941, in Elizabethton to the late Clark & Bessie Pearl Hardin Blevins. She was a homemaker.  She married the love of her life Teddy B. Vines on April 26, 1966, just days shy of 55 wonderful years.  She loved to read her Bible, loved to shop.  She attended Sims Hill Christian Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughters: Lisa Vines Oliver and Tabitha Vines, her Siblings: Earl Blevins, Ken Blevins, Sherly Blevins Kyte and Geraldine  Blevins Peters.
 Survivors include her husband Teddy Vines, a son: Teddy Joe (Robin) Vines, Her Brother: Hal (Linda) Blevins.  Her Son-In-Law: Lawrence Oliver.   Five Grandchildren:  Ronnie (Savanna) Carr, Macey MaChelle Vines (Noah Cole), Teddy Vines III, Joshua Oliver and Kylie Vines.  Several Nieces & Nephews.  Her Special Friends: Emily Potter Vines.
 Graveside Service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 17, 2021, in the Smith Cemetery (Valley Forge) with Mr. Brett Jones, Minister officiating.  Active pallbearers will be selected from family and friends.  Friends may register their presence on Friday, April 16, 2021, at the funeral home from 12 noon until 5 p.m. Friday or Saturday morning.  The family would like to express a special “Thank You” to Dr. Pack,  the Staff and the Surgical Staff of Sycamore Shoals Hospital. Family and friends will assemble at the funeral home at 12:30 p.m. Saturday to go in procession to the cemetery.  Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, everyone is required to wear a mask and practice social distancing.  Condolences may be sent to the family at our website www.memorialfcelizabethton.com.
