Carol Ann Smith Hill, 80, Elizabethton, passed away Tuesday, April 20, 2021, at her residence. She was born April 22, 1940 in Portland, Ore. She had lived in Elizabethton since 2005.
Survivors include her husband, Paul Hill; a son, Kelly Smith of New Mexico; and three step-sons, Michael Hill, Las Vegas, Nev., Joseph Hill, Clarksville, Tenn., and Jeff Hill, Eugene, Ore.
It was her wish to be cremated and no services are planned.
Memorial Funeral Chapel is serving the Hill family.
