Unaka Baptist
Unaka Baptist Church’s Saturday morning breakfast is back!
The Brotherhood Breakfast will be held Saturday from 7 to 10 a.m. in the church fellowship hall.
The public is invited to come and eat, visit and enjoy.
Roan Street Free Will
The Roan Street Free Will Baptist Church will have inside services on Sunday at 10 a.m. with the Rev. David Odom preaching. Mothers will be recognized during the service for Mother’s Day.
Everyone is required to wear a mask upon entering and exiting the building. Also, social distancing rules apply.
First Presbyterian
First Presbyterian Church, Elizabethton, will have an online worship service Sunday at 11 a.m. The pastor, the Rev. Dr. Brian Wyatt, will preach the sermon “Worship And Becoming” based on Psalm 27.
Youth and Adult Forum, Wednesday Meditation, and Thursdays with Jesus will all meet online this week.
Due to COVID all in-person events remain canceled until further notice.
First Christian
First Christian Church, Elizabethton, will have an in-person worship service Sunday at 9:45 a.m. Also, there will be a live radio service on 90.5 FM Radio in the church parking lot at 9:45 a.m. The morning worship service will be posted to Facebook at 8 p.m. Sunday.
Wednesday Bible study is at 6 p.m.
Grace Baptist
Grace Baptist Church, located on Broad St. Ext., will have a bike rally Saturday from 10 a.m. to noon. Kids are invited to bring their bike and helmet. Events will include learning to ride a bike, timed laps, obstacle course, safety class, and tips from Hampton Trails Bicycle Shop.
Rain date is May 15.
