Russ Swanay, Principle Broker, and David Collins, Principle Auctioneer, of Russ Swanay Real Estate and Auction Company in Elizabethton, are pleased to welcome and introduce Libby Hoilman as the newest addition to their firm.
Libby was born and raised in Elizabethton. She is a proud wife and mother of two boys. Libby graduated from East Tennessee State University in 2009 earning a Bachelor’s degree. She continued her education by graduating with a Master’s degree in 2017.
Libby works as a teacher while also pursuing her career in Real Estate. She enjoys spending time with her boys on the farm, riding horses along with her husband. Libby appreciates all that our beautiful area has to offer. Her activities within the Real Estate profession affords her the opportunity to list and sell properties within the Tri-Cities area.
