Sybil Stivers, 63, of Roan Mountain, Tenn., passed away Sunday, July 4, 2021, at Sycamore Shoals Hospital. She was born in Detroit, Mich., to the late Richard James Burgwin and Jeri Geraldine Rich Burgwin.
Sybil was of the Catholic faith. She enjoyed animals and being outdoors. She was a very caring person who loved life.
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Jim Stivers, of the home, and two sisters, Ann Lewis of Canada and Allison Burgwin. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
