TCAT plans in-person graduation

TCAT’s graduation ceremony is returning Aug. 12 following a one-year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic.   

Students who graduated from TCAT Elizabethton in 2020 are being invited to join the 2021 graduates and participate in graduation ceremonies to be held in Seeger Chapel at Milligan University. The graduation ceremony begins at 7 p.m.  

Students have until July 20 to reserve their cap and gown for the 2021 graduation ceremony. Payment is being taken at the TCAT Elizabethton Bookstore located in the Administration Building at the Main Campus, 426 Highway 91 North.

College President Dean Blevins said, “We are happy to include the 2020 class in this year’s graduation ceremony and look forward to things returning to normal on TCAT campuses.”   

TCAT’s main campus is located at 426 Highway 91 north, across from the Elizabethton Municipal Airport. TCAT extension campuses are located at the Herman Robinson Campus, 1500 Arney St.; ETSU at Kingsport Camus, 1501 University Blvd., Kingsport; and at the Career and Technical Education Classroom at Johnson County High School, 510 Fairground Lane, Mountain City.
