Jackie Lou Bare Woods, 67, Hampton, passed away Friday, September 3, 2021, at her residence after an extended illness.
A native of Carter County, she was a daughter of the late Billy Jack and Mary May Oliver Bare.
Jackie was retired from ATT Representative. She loved to cook, crochet, and loved to collect recipes. She was a member of Harmony Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, David “Bo” Woods Jr., and a daughter, Renee Woods.
Survivors include her husband of 51 years, David Woods; her daughter and son-in-law, Melodie and Adam Maden; her grandchildren, Seth and Chris Cannon; and a brother, Mark Bare.
A service to celebrate the life of Jackie Woods will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her memory to the Shriners Hospital for Children, 950 W. Faris Road, Greenville, SC 29605-4255 or St. Mary’s Children’s Hospital. Condolences may be sent to the family at our website, www.memorialfcelizabethton.com.
