John M. Pangburn Jr., 83, of Elizabethton, Tenn., passed away Saturday, September 5, 2021, at Hermitage Health Center. He was born in Millville, N.J., to the late John M. Pangburn Sr. and Rose Leek Pangburn. John worked as a fence installer and was a lifetime member of Millville, N.J. Fire Department. He enjoyed woodworking and candle making.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Patricia Pangburn, of the home; son, John M. Pangburn III and wife Margaret of Newfield, N.J.; four daughters, Tammy Haley and husband Kurt, Tracy Butcher and husband Bob, Jackie Dougherty and husband Frank, all of Millville, N.J., and Judith Parvin and husband Arthur of Elizabethton, Tenn.; and two brothers, Earl Pangburn and Terry Pangburn and wife Lisa, all of Millville, N.J. Ten grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive.
