Carl Ray Tester, 66, of Elizabethton, passed away on Saturday, October 16, 2021.
Carl leaves behind his wife, Wanda; son, Carl Aaron and his wife Jenny; two grandchildren, Kelsey and Tristan; and his step-son, Clarence and partner Lisa. Many more family and friends are mourning his loss.
Carl’s wishes were to forgo any services. If you have had the pleasure of knowing Carl, we ask you to crack a cold one in memory of him.
