The Elizabethton Star weekly recognizes the Player of the Week from the previous week’s games. The Week Ten standouts are as follows:
Cloudland High School
Seth Birchfield
Birchfield continues to rack up the numbers as he added four more touchdowns to his season total as the Highlander’s handily defeated the Johnson Co. Longhorns last week.
Chase Shell
Threw two touchdown passes in Cloudland’s win against the Longhorns.
Gage McKinney
Was on the receiving end of two of quarterback Chase Shell’s touchdown tosses.
Unaka High School
Jamol Blamo
Blamo scored both of Unaka’s touchdowns against cross-town rival Hampton.
Hampton
Conor Jones
Jones had a hand in three of his team’s touchdowns as Hampton celebrated Homecoming and Senior Night with a big win over Unaka.
Levi Lunsford
Lunsford scored twice during the Bulldogs showdown with the Rangers.
