The downtown Elizabethton business district has once again outdone itself by placing decorative scarecrows in front of their businesses to draw attention from visitors passing through town.
Owners once again showed their creativity as many different types and styles of scarecrows can be found along the street of Elk Avenue.
Ivan Sanders, a member of the Star Staff, was passing through town on a beautiful afternoon and captured some of those scarecrows.
