Elizabethton City Schools is also in search of an assistant coach to work with the wrestling program at T.A. Dugger Junior High. “We currently have 20 wrestlers on the junior high roster, which marks the second consecutive year with over 15 students on the roster,” said Eddie Morrell, wrestling coach at Elizabethton High School. “Right now we have one coach: Travis Pennell, who is doing an excellent job. However, we believe that it is time to add a second wrestling coach at the junior high for reasons such as safety and retentions of athletes.”
