Schedule of activities at the Elizabethton Senior Center for the week of November 29 – December 3:
HOURS: Monday – Thursday, 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.; Friday: 8 a.m. – noon.
The billiard room and fitness room are open and no appointments necessary.
Monday: Just Keep Movin’ — Cardio, Toning, Strength Building, 9-10 a.m.; Lunch — Chicken Pot Pie, 11 a.m.; Chair Yoga, 12:15-1:15 p.m. with Instructor, Shirley Gomillian, $3; Gentle-flow Yoga, 1:30-2:30 p.m. with Instructor, Carrie Maggard, $3.
Tuesday: Lunch — Vegetable Beef Soup, 11 a.m.; Shopping at Wal-Mart, 12-1 p.m. Please call the Center to schedule a ride; Line Dancing, 12-1 p.m. with Instructor, Sharon Pilk, $3; Dancercise, 1-2 p.m. with Instructor, Sharon Pilk, $3.

Thursday: Lunch — Chicken & Rice Soup, 11 a.m.
