Announcement is made of the engagement and forthcoming marriage of Keisha Yevette Foley and Joshua Hamilton Smith, both of Elizabethton.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lee Foley, 203 Smith Avenue, Elizabethton. She is the granddaughter of the late Polly Ward, the late Odis Ward, the late Paul Foley and the late Ruby Foley.
Keisha is a 2008 graduate of Elizabethton High School. She graduated from Northeast Community College in 2011 with a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting.
Her fiancé is the son of Bobby and Sharon Smith, 455 Nave Hollow Loop, Elizabethton. He is the grandson of the late Ham and Helen Smith and the late Bill and Betty Barnett.
Joshua is a 2008 graduate of Unaka High School and a 2010 graduate of Tennessee Technology Center.
The couple will exchange vows on Saturday, October 22, 2022, at 4 p.m. at Pleasant Beach Baptist Church.
