The BPOE Elizabethton Elks Lodge 1847 recently shared a gift of $2,000 to Assistance and Resource Ministries, Inc. (ARM). The Elks Lodge has chosen this non-profit ministry to help provide food for qualifying individuals in Carter County through the ARM food program.
