To the Editor:
Almost all the media and almost all the people in America say Ukraine is the good side and its president Zelenskyy is a hero. The Bible says, “test (prove) all things; hold fast that which is good (true)” in 1 Thessalonians 5. Christians are to be skeptical to check out what people say against the Bible and the facts and accept what is true and reject what is false. Dr. Peter Pry cautions to be skeptical of all reporting on the Ukraine war as most of the information is coming from the Ukraine government that wants the U.S. and NATO to join the war to defeat Russia. Yet, the U.S. and NATO have no vital interest at stake in Ukraine to justify risking nuclear World War III. Ukraine isn’t a U.S. ally.
U.S. foreign and defense policy shouldn’t be driven by globalism, but nationalism and an “America First” policy that serves only U.S. vital interest. Americans should be concerned with our own southern border currently being invaded, 40-year high inflation, increasing gas and food prices, Ukraine not so much!
The Heartland Institute’s Justin Haskins tells Glenn Beck he’s convinced that there are no truly good sides in the current struggle between Putin, Ukraine and the West. There’s no doubt Putin is dangerous, brutal, and an authoritarian leader. But our world leaders on the good side are pushing for a plan — The Great Reset — that could be just as destructive as Russia’s. We are dealing with a lot of tyrants here, Haskins says, and those (globalist) elites are all trying to squash the people who have had enough throughout the world. The Great Reset is a radical socialist plan designed by global elites to reset the world economy, cut the world population, and install a centralized, and heavily regulated totalitarian system similar to that of China’s Social Credit System.
Pastor Cioccolanti said Christians must be cautious in jumping to conclusions and being played for fools by the media. The Ukrainian President Zelenskyy has become a political hero among the media and some Christians. Scrutiny of Zelenskyy is absent in the mainstream media. As a result how much do you really know about Zelenskyy? He is a former actor and comedian with no political experience. Zelenskyy has allowed only one political party, jails his political opponents, seized their property and persecuted the Russian speakers of his country. The Ukrainian government ran by Zelenskyy is considered one of the worst in the world for money laundering and corruption. Zelenskyy has stated that evil Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is his role model, the reason he got into politics. Like Trudeau, Zelenskyy is a follower or puppet of Klaus Schwab’s World Economic Forum, the globalist organization behind the “Great Reset” agenda, which tells the world that by the year 2030, “You will own nothing and you will be happy!” Zelenskyy is asking your sons and daughters to die for him. Would you die for Zelenskyy, who is a socialist who wants to take your home, auto and all your property? Neither side in the Russian and Ukraine war is the good side. So America should stay neutral and not take sides.
Abraham Lincoln said, “I know that the Lord is always on the side of the right. But it is my constant anxiety and prayer that I and this nation should be on the Lord’s side.” The Lord Jesus is coming soon to judge. Are you sure about whose side you are taking? Make the Bible your source of truth, not the media. The Bible in Romans 3:23 says, “For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.” Don’t reset but repent. Repentance means to change your mind and surrender your will to Jesus. To trust means to completely rely on Jesus and His blood to cover your sins and His finished work on the cross for salvation. Jesus bled for you from his head, back, feet, hands and side! Jesus is the only winning side. Jesus is the only good side and hero. Jesus is mighty to save!
