First Presbyterian
First Presbyterian Church, 119 W. F St., Elizabethton, will have both an in-person and online service Sunday at 11 a.m.
The pastor, the Rev. Dr. Brian Wyatt, will present the sermon “Transforming Jericho Road” based on John 12: 1-8.
Adult Forum and the Youth Group will meet in person. Also, both will be online as will be Thursdays with Jesus.

First Christian
First Christian Church, Elizabethton, will offer both an in-person and live radio service at 9:45 a.m. Sunday. The radio service will be in the church parking lot.
The morning worship service will be posted to Facebook at 8 p.m. Sunday.
The congregation will have a prayer time for Ukraine Monday, March 28, at 10 a.m. in the sanctuary. “It is a time to lift up our brothers and sisters who are experiencing a crisis on the other side of the world,” said the minister, Michael Klaus.

Stoney Creek Baptist
Stoney Creek Baptist is celebrating its 200th anniversary Sunday with a special worship service at 10:30 a.m. followed by a meal.
Revival will begin at the church and continue through Friday, with services nightly at 7 o’clock. Former pastors will be speaking at the services.
The pastor, the Rev. Steve Davis, invites the public to attend.
Stoney Creek Baptist is the second oldest church in Carter County. Only Sinking Creek Baptist is older.
The church was organize March 9, 1822, by members of the Sinking Creek Baptist Church and is one of the original 14 churches organized into the Watauga Association of Baptists in 1868.

East Side Free Will
East Side Free Will Baptist is planning an Easter Egg Hunt for children of the church and community April 9 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The church is located at 704 Siam Road.

Celebration Church
Celebration Church, 429 Shipley Ferry Road, Blountville, will have three Easter services the weekend of April 16. The first will be at 6:30 pm. on Saturday, April 16. Services will also be held Sunday, April 17, at 9 a.m. and 11 a.m.
If you do not have a home church, you are especially invited to attend.
Children will enjoy the Jerusalem marketplace with live animals during the service.

Doe River Baptist
Doe River Baptist Church, 113 Avon St., will have its monthly food pantry Wednesday, March 30, at 6 p.m.
Those in need of food are invited to attend.
