Mark and Debbie Duty, active members of East River Park Christian Church, in light of the controversy surrounding the three crosses on Lynn Mountain, decided to share their love for Christ and the cross by building their own cross replicas and displaying them in their yard. “We need to stand together for Christ and not be ashamed of the cross,” said Debbie, who is pictured with Mark as they make and paint the crosses, which are displayed on their property along with an America flag. Friend Sherry Ledford also helped with painting the crosses. Mark is an elder at East River Park Christian Church.
