The Elizabethton/Carter County Chamber of Commerce and Main Street Elizabethton hosted a joint ribbon cutting for Lantern Realty & Development at 10 a.m. on Wednesday.
The business is located at 416 E. Elk Ave.
“I am beyond grateful being able to do what I love, where I love, in Elizabethton, Tennessee. Lantern Realty & Development and its owners are passionate about helping our community and local agents in more than just real estate. Our hearts’ mission is to help guide our citizens through the best possible real estate decisions and also teach agents how to build an economy-proof business for themselves and their families like we’ve done in North Carolina. We can’t wait to meet you and thank you for having us in the community,” said owner and Realtor® Ashley Ferlauto.
“We warmly welcome Lantern Realty & Development to our downtown community. Ashley has already proven herself as a team player by participating in community events before her doors were officially open! We love their focus on community and look forward to seeing their growth throughout the region,” said Main Street Director Courtney Bean.
“Real Estate is in high demand in our region, not just for locals looking for new homes, but also so many new community members from other areas of the world are relocating here. It’s always a great partnership to have a local, like Ashley, welcoming new families to our region,” said Chamber Executive Director Joy McCray.
