To the Editor:
I would like to extend my appreciation and support for city attorney Roger Day for standing firm by confirming that the crosses can and should remain on Lynn Mountain.
Increasingly, out of state based groups that retain “diploma mill legal counsel” such as the “Freedom from Religion Foundation” and other atheist-influenced groups are increasingly trying to undermine and reinterpret the Constitution and replace long standing community values.
I know the city council, city manager and community applaud the city attorney on his determination.
