Richard H. Ramsey, 57, passed away on Saturday, May 28, 2022.
Richard was preceded in death by his father, Frank E. Ramsey, his mother, Pauline H. Ramsey, and his brother, Jerry L. Ramsey.
He is survived by his brother, Colonel Jeffery D. Ramsey, and his nephew, Jerry L. Ramsey Jr. Several other family members also survive.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 9, from 4 to 7 p.m. at 267 Dogwood Acres, Hampton.
