Harvest Baptist
The public is invited to attend Harvest Baptist Church Friday, July 8, for a gospel concert featuring Pastor Rodel Domingo of the Philippines. He and several other Filipino pastors will be the church’s special guests for a song service.
In addition to the Filipino-American choir, a free-will offering will be received to help Pastor Rodel purchase a van to bring people to church to hear the gospel.

First Christian
First Christian Church, Elizabethton, will offer both an in-person and live radio service Sunday at 9:45 a.m. The radio service can be heard on 90.5 FM in the church parking lot.
The morning service will be posted to Facebook at 8 p.m. Sunday.
Sunday’s message will be presented by Minister Michael Klaus.
Wednesday evening Bible study is at 6 o’clock. The current story is titled “Drive Thru History: Acts to Revelation” by Dave Stotts.
The public is invited.

New Liberty
The New Liberty Quartet will be in charge of the Sunday morning worship service beginning at 11 a.m. The service will feature old-time favorites and Southern Gospel classics.
Everyone is invited to attend.
The church is located at 113 Peters Hollow Road near the Stoney Creek Volunteer Fire Dept.

Borderview Christian
Borderview Christian Church, 1338 Bristol Highway, will celebrate its 33rd Annual God and Country Day Sunday, July 3, with a patriotic worship service at 12:45 a.m.
The Adult Choir Ministry will present “There Is Freedom Here” with solos from Marie Parlier and Scott Fisher, with narration provided by Judy Donley and Bobby Frazier. The musical has a beautiful video component.
The free Community Block Party, which had been canceled for the past two years years due to the pandemic, will begin at 5 p.m. with inflatables and crafts for all the kids and will continue with a free pork BBQ or fried chicken boxed supper at 6 p.m.
Free Italian ice from a food truck will be available at 7 p.m., followed by a gospel concert by LIFTED, consisting of Loretta Bowers, Teresa Bowers Parker, Fred Goodwin, Tony Rominger, Howard Bloom, and Patrick Kelly.
The day will conclude with fireworks at dusk.
Everyone is welcome to both the morning worship and community block party in the afternoon.
Borderview’s ministry is staffed by Scott Fisher and Sallie Biles.

Union Hill Free Will
Union Hill Free Will Baptist Church will have a freedom celebration Sunday at 6 p.m.
The public is invited to attend and enjoy food, fellowship, singing, and fireworks.
The church is located at Lane Hill Road.
The Rev. Kenny Lethcoe is pastor.

First Presbyterian
First Presbyterian Church, 119 W. F St., will have both an in-person and online service Sunday for the 11 a.m. service. Dr. Brian Wyatt, pastor, will present the sermon “Toxic Christianity: Church and State” based on Gal. 5: 1; 13-25.
Adult Forum and Youth Group will meet in person. You can also join Adult Forum, Wednesday Meditation, and Thursdays with Jesus online.
